I help business owners run their eCommerce stores, and I'm also teaching myself to build the automation I can share with my clients.
eCommerce Operations
Product research, supplier emails, listing fixes, basic PPC, resolving Amazon cases like shipment discrepancies, admin tasks, listing image design, A+ content, video listings, and more. I've done this for multiple seven-figure stores since 2021. I enjoy watching the business grow and become successful.
Automation (still learning by doing)
I build workflows in n8n, Make, and Zapier mostly things like CRM syncing, outreach sequences, and lead capture that used to take me hours by hand. I'm still learning the more advanced side of it, but I like the feeling of turning a repetitive task into something that just runs on its own.
I started in Human Resources, working in retail industries in the Philippines - compensation and benefits, payroll, recruitment, admin. Nothing to do with eCommerce.
I moved into freelancing almost by accident or let's say I got inspired by someone to have the courage to do it. I started with sales and marketing in real estate, then transitioned to working with Amazon sellers and business owners, and I've been in it since 2021.
Since November 2025, I started learning AI automation on the side like n8n, Zapier, and some Google Apps Script. I trained under a small automation team for a while, but I'm learning it on my own now. There's still so much to learn, and I'm happy to always improve myself and upskill, whether it's learning advanced tech like AI, or relearning how things work from the ground up.
Though AI can help you build something quickly, I still believe it's better to know how things work from scratch.
Right now, I'd say we're lucky to have AI, because it helps us learn and relearn things on our own easily. I think that's the beauty of modern technology.
- I once led a collaborative coaching project, teaching 25+ aspiring Filipino virtual assistants how to work with Amazon sellers in the wholesale business model.
- I play chess when I'm overthinking. It helps me slow down, see patterns, and make clearer decisions.
- I love learning languages. I'm currently studying German for professional growth, and Spanish is next since it feels naturally connected to Filipino. I'm also continuously improving my English communication skills for international client work.
