Epiphany Oliveros

Hi, I'm Epiphany (Pi)

I help eCommerce entrepreneurs scale their Amazon businesses through hands on operations and emerging automation systems.

I didn't start in eCommerce. My first role was in HR and Administration, but curiosity about the digital economy pulled me toward freelancing, first in sales, then into online business operations.

Since 2021, I've specialized in Amazon wholesale and online arbitrage, managing product research, supplier relationships, account optimization, and operations for multiple seven figure stores. I handle everything from brand outreach and A+ content to inventory tracking and PPC optimization.

Currently, I'm expanding into AI automation at MetaKnowLabs, learning to build workflow systems that scale operations. I'm bridging my eCommerce expertise with emerging automation tools, because the future of operations is intelligent, not just efficient.

What Clients Say

"
"You have great potential to become a top VA, but I want to know - what's holding you back?"

This question hit differently. Zak was my first real client who took a chance on me when I was just starting out. He taught me the Amazon wholesale business model using his own tool, FBAmultitool, asked the right questions, and believed in my potential when I needed it most.

"
"I just wanted to give you a bonus for all the great work you have done."

Yannick didn't just say this once - he gave me bonuses multiple times and eventually increased my regular pay. Working with him for a year and a half taught me what it means to deliver consistent quality. His trust and recognition kept me motivated to always give my best.

Epiphany is highly competent with computers and digital tools, and communicates clearly and effectively at all levels. She picks up new systems and processes quickly and is able to think on her feet, responding calmly and sensibly when situations change or unexpected issues arise. She conducts herself in a professional manner at all times and is straightforward and reliable to work with. Her approach makes collaboration easy, and she integrates well within a team while also working independently when required. I would not hesitate to recommend Epiphany and believe she would be a strong asset in any professional environment.

3 Fun Facts About Me

Little things that shaped my curiosity, leadership, and adaptability

  1. I once led a collaborative coaching project, teaching 25+ aspiring Filipino virtual assistants how to work with Amazon sellers in the wholesale business model.
  2. I play chess when I'm overthinking. It helps me slow down, see patterns, and make clearer decisions.
  3. I love learning languages. I'm currently studying German for professional growth, and Spanish is next since it feels naturally connected to the Filipino language. I'm also continuously improving my English communication skills, especially for international client work.
